What would be a powerful nasal anti-inflammatory?

I suffer from vasomotor rhinitis (chronic nasal inflamamtion) and don't want my usual big conk for my date tomorrow. Steroid sprays take weeks to work properly. I need something that can travel to my sinuses fast and shrink the blood vessels. Bromelain tablets are expensive and causes my mouth to bleed.
