Development of a software for on line data submission using .NET and SQL server?

I want to develop a software for on line data access from my different 43 clients spread all over country ( India).Because data security is not an important issue, i want to develop an simple software using front end as ASP.NET and back end as SQL server.Kindly suggest me to develop it what type of software development kit I need? what type of hardware I need and also what methodology should I adopt?Kindly eloborate in details.In what area of software should I get trained to deveop it.I shall be thankful to all who will guide me to develop such type of software
