How do you protect/produce/sell a great idea/bumper sticker that uses 2 prominent public names?

Is there a patent and/or copyright methodology involved. Where would you go to produce the product & market & sell it. Beside bumper stickers, is there a possible market value to hats, T-shirts? Open to hear any and every idea.
