If you scrutinize your religion's doctrine, what will happen?
i know you understand that the way to get to the truth behind any claim , is to examine the claim. right? this is how detectives go about solving murder mysteries. They know that if a person makes a claim, the claim may or may not be true. it is their job to find out the truth. Any and all claims can be examined. The truth of a true claim only shines brighter through scrutiny. That shouldnt be hard for anyone to understand. What, in your opinion, will happen if you scrutinize your religion's doctrine? Will you be punished, or enlightened or something else? if someone says that they speak a truth beyond scrutiny or confirmation, does that make it so? if the truth they speak is beyond scrutiny or confirmation, how could they possibly know that it is true? Can anything unknowable be known?
