Im getting baptized but i have a question?

ok the Church i go too don't allow women to wear pants or jewelry etc.... so i cant go outside in pants just skirt and would that effect my baptism if i get baptized and don't agree with their doctrine? i know that God does not see what man see he see the heart...they think clothing will condemn me? and i want to get baptized so bad and now i have to follow their rules and its stupid my mom say why do it if i don't believe what they believe
