B.E EEE fresher ------>networking field?

I am a B.E EEE 2011 passed out,i am interested in networking field.I am proficient in computer hardware,system installation and troubleshooting...but i dont have that much knowledge in networking.can i go for ccna course?...will i be able to get a job with that certification?..if so..pls tell me the correct methodology for studying it..by e-learning or through institutes?(in chennai)...n pls provide me the standard duration for getting ccna certificate from the day one of learning...i know thats hell a lot of questions..but thx in advance.
